There is no issue on the spinner. All looks to be working perfect.
I tried spinning 10 articles of various lengths at different spin levels from various accounts and everything workied fine.
What exactly is stopping you from spinning articles? Can you give more details? Are you getting any error? If so, can you post a screenshot? You seem to be having enough credits to spin the article.
Plz respond with more details or screenshot. I will look into the issue. If you still persist to have any issues, you will get a full refeund without any deductions.

I've just succeed spin 3 articles. But now, I got error again. I got this message on my article spinner:
"Something wrong. Either the article was blank or there is a server issue. Don't worry your credits were not deducted :-)"
Please solve this problem. Honestly, this online article spinner is so helpful for me (and other Internet Marketers). So, it will be better for you to solve this problem than refund my money :)

You would see the message ""Something wrong. Either the article was blank or there is a server issue. Don't worry your credits were not deducted" only if you have the source article is blank.
I strongly suspect if you are not using the spinner, the way it is supposed to be used. As the spinner is working fine for rest of the thousands of free and hunderds of paid users. A screenshot of your page with the pasted article and another one with the error message should help me tell you what you if you are trying to do anything in the wroung way.
Regarding Refund:
You can always request one. We, at article spinner, always aim at 100% customer satisfaction. You could claim your refund, even if the spinner is working pretty fine.
You would need no screenshots for the refund. Just post a message here confirming the refund request.
